We take the issue of security and data protection very seriously and strictly adhere to guidelines published in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 which is applicable from the 25th of May 2018, together with any domestic laws subsequently enacted.

 

We are notified as a Data Controller with the Office of the Information Commissioner under registration number ZB921062 and we are the data controller of any personal data that you provide to us.

We may collect your full name, phone number, company name and address, profile photo, login credentials, and usage data. We do not knowingly collect special category data.

 

We use your data to register and manage your account, provide and improve services, communicate updates, ensure compliance, and monitor platform performance.

 

Your data is processed based on contractual necessity, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and consent (for profile photos and optional features).

Unless required to do so by law, I/we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to me/ us without your consent. 

Please note that we may share your data with third-party service providers in relation to inspections and warranty procedures. These providers may contact you directly for matters related to such services. All third parties are bound by data protection obligations. 

 

Your information will only be stored within the UK and EEA

We review our data retention periods regularly and will only hold your personal data for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as required by law (We may be legally required to hold some types of information), or as set out in any relevant contract we have with you. You may request deletion at any time.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption and restricted access, to protect your data.
